Aww thank you soooo much! Don’t envy me; I’m nothing special and you can be optimistic too :p
I’ve always been this way but I think it’s from being aware of the world around me. I constantly remind myself that there are people in worse situations and that I should be grateful my situation isn’t along the lines of going hungry, not having any family, being homeless, etc. Also, I always say “positive thinking brings positive results”. After telling yourself that and starting every day with a smile, you can’t go wrong! I really do believe that the energy we give off influences our lives. For example, try to not speak badly of people because doing so is a negative action, therefore it will only produce negative results.
